Return Eligibility

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Vagota reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a ₹200 restocking fee per product.
This fee covers logistics handling, quality inspection, and restocking costs.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original tags or packaging
